Equality and Diversity Level 1
This course was designed to give you an insight into equality and diversity and what it all means. This course goes into depth as to why equality is so important within a working environment. This is to stop people feeling as if they have been discriminated against whether or not they are a customer or a member of staff. This course is designed to teach that everyone is an equal.
Food Hygiene Level 1 & 2
Food hygiene is extremely important as it is important to make sure that food is up to standard in order to ensure that there are no harmful effects when food is being consumed.This course will go into depth on how food should be managed in order to ensure that your company has got the at most care when dealing with food hygiene. These skills can be as simple as wearing a hair net when making mass amounts of food for other people such as in a restaurant setting. This course also covers the more complicated side of food hygiene also such as the correct way to store and deliver food.
Health & Safety Level 1
This course was designed to ensure that your company is aware of every and all of the different health and safety methods that they should look out for in your business. In doing so you can prevent the risk of someone getting injured in your facility and ensure that safety measures are in place in case of emergencies such as a first aid kit. This course also discusses health and safety when it comes to working with machinery, fire safety and workspace stress ensuring that your company has got the safest working environment possible.
Risk Assessment Level 2
This course was designed to educate about the different risks in a working environment to ensure that these risks are avoided. These risks can be as simple as cable management in an office environment in order to prevent falls. Some risks can also include spilling of substances. If you are working in a place that contains hazardous substances a substance spill may be a big issue. This course will show you the correct way to control this spill in order to ensure the safety of yourself and others within the facility.
Whistle Blowing Level 1
This course was designed so that employers are aware of the proper ways that they can report suspected or actual improper conduct. This course is also useful as if an employer has an issue that they have discussed with a manager and nothing has been done by the manager to resolve this issue. The employer may feel obligated to do nothing about the issue as they may not know about the proper way to deal with a situation such as this one. This course will teach the correct way to deal with situations such as these anonymously. Thus the employer that has reported these issues will remain safe as the manager will not get the employers name who has reported them for not rectifying this issue.
